KTB commits to responding to all enquiries within 2 business days for most categories. MICE event briefs receive a Kenya proposal within 3 business days. Media enquiries during business hours receive a response within 2 business hours — for urgent deadlines, mark your email subject "URGENT — DEADLINE [date]" when emailing media@ktb.go.ke. Procurement queries receive a response within 5 business days in accordance with PPRA regulations.

Registration for MKTE 2025 (1–3 October, Uhuru Gardens, Nairobi) is available via the MKTE section of the Trade Hub. Exhibitor, hosted buyer, and media registrations are all available there with full details on participation packages and costs. KTB provides comprehensive, no-cost support for event organisers evaluating Kenya — bid support packages, venue sourcing, government letters of endorsement, site inspection facilitation, delegate facilitation, and promotional co-investment for qualifying events. The fastest route is to submit an event brief via the MICE Hub's Submit Brief form. KTB will respond with a tailored Kenya proposal within 3 business days. Both fam trip requests and interview requests with KTB leadership are handled through the Media Centre's request forms. Most KTB and TRI research reports are freely available for download via the Research & Intelligence Hub — including annual performance reports, quarterly updates, visitor statistics, and the economic contribution report. KTB's Hosted Buyer Programme brings qualified international tour operators and travel agents to Kenya for a facilitated familiarisation experience — covering flights (in some cases), accommodation, ground transport, and curated destination access. Applications open annually in line with the MKTE programme cycle. KTB's image and video library (200+ rights-cleared, high-resolution assets) is available to accredited media professionals and registered Kenya tourism businesses.
