Digital & Multimedia Journalism

Platform-native publishing, data journalism basics, and multimedia storytelling for digital-first audiences.

Year 2 · T2

Newsroom Practicum

A supervised placement in a working newsroom environment, producing real published or broadcast work under faculty and editor supervision.

  • KCSE mean grade C- (minus) or equivalent
  • C (plain) in English or Kiswahili
  • Certificate holders in a related field may apply for advanced entry
  • Mature entry considered on a case-by-case basis for applicants 25 and older
