Booking Terms

The terms, before you ask.

Deposit & Payment

A 30% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival are payable in full at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellations more than 90 days before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. Between 90 and 60 days, 50% of the deposit is refundable. Inside 60 days, the deposit is non-refundable, though we will always work with you on rescheduling where possible.
