Housed in the former Stables and Paddock House, the C4C Exhibition Centre holds rotating exhibitions of watercolours, prints, and video installation — the indoor counterpart to the land art scattered across the wider conservancy.
C4C stands for the same four ideas that organize this entire site — Conservation, Community, Culture, Commerce. The exhibition centre isn't a separate cultural amenity bolted onto a safari lodge; it's the Culture pillar made physical, in a building that used to house horses.
The Stables and Paddock House were part of Segera's working-ranch era, before the land's restoration began. Converting them into gallery space rather than demolishing them keeps a visible thread back to the property's own history — degraded ranch to thriving conservancy, told in the architecture as much as the land.
A rotating selection of watercolours paired with a single video installation piece, exploring the same landscape themes documented across The Land and The Return — art responding directly to the conservancy it stands within.
Exhibitions rotate with the seasons, keeping the space connected to what's happening on the wider conservancy at any given time.
The C4C Centre focuses on more intimate, indoor-appropriate mediums, distinct from the monumental bronze and land art found outdoors.
Most guests experience the centre as one stop within the broader Art Tour, guided by someone who can speak to the current rotation directly.
