Graduate & student opportunities
Internship Programme
KAA's annual Internship Programme offers university graduates and final-year students hands-on experience across our operational, technical, and corporate departments.
Graduate Internship Programme
A 12-month structured programme for recent graduates (within 2 years of graduation) across engineering, operations, finance, ICT, and corporate functions. Includes mentorship, rotational placements, and professional development workshops.
Industrial Attachment
Short-term placements (typically 2–3 months) for university and college students requiring mandatory industrial attachment as part of their academic programme. Available across most departments subject to capacity.
Aviation Technical Cadetship
A specialised pathway for graduates in aeronautical, electrical, and civil engineering disciplines, combining structured training with technical placements supporting JKIA's infrastructure programmes.
Eligibility & application process
Graduate Internship Programme 2025/26
50 placements available across engineering, operations, commercial, finance, ICT, and corporate departments at JKIA, MIA, and select regional airports. Application window closes 31 August 2025.
