KMTC Nairobi is the institution's founding campus and remains its largest, serving students from across the country alongside the city's dense population of public and private health facilities. Its proximity to Kenyatta National Hospital and several major referral facilities makes it one of KMTC's strongest clinical training environments, with structured rotations across general medicine, surgery, maternity, and specialised units.

Campus facilities

KMTC Nairobi's facilities include dedicated clinical skills laboratories, a fully equipped library, lecture theatres, and computer labs supporting both classroom instruction and simulated clinical practice before students begin ward-based attachments.

Sports grounds, a student common room, and a dining hall support student life beyond the classroom, alongside a campus health unit for student welfare.
