KMTC graduates across Kenya and the world.

Registered Nurse, Kenyatta National Hospital
"KMTC gave me the foundation. The CPD courses I've done through the alumni network have kept me current as clinical practice has evolved."
Senior Clinical Officer, NHS (United Kingdom)
"My KMTC qualification opened doors internationally that I didn't expect. Through the alumni network I've been able to support younger graduates considering the same path."
Pharmaceutical Technologist, Uasin Gishu County Referral Hospital
"I mentor two students from my alma mater campus. Giving back to KMTC feels like giving back to the health system I'm part of."

Give back through mentorship.

The KMTC mentorship programme matches experienced graduates with current students and recent alumni. Mentors commit to two to four hours per month over a six-month cycle.

Matching is done by cadre, county, and career interest. Mentors and mentees are supported with a structured framework, optional virtual sessions, and KMTC coordination.

"I was a mentor in the first cycle and it reminded me why I chose this profession. The student I mentored is now a Registered Nurse at a county hospital near my campus. That feels like real impact."
Peter Ndegwa Diploma in Clinical Medicine, Class of 2012 · KMTC Nakuru
Currently: Clinical Officer-in-Charge, Naivasha Sub-County Hospital

Working internationally?

KMTC graduates work in health systems across the UK, Middle East, United States, Canada, and East African countries. The alumni network connects the diaspora community and supports return pathways for professionals considering repatriation.

CPD modules are designed to be accessible online, with recognition pathways aligned to both Kenya's regulatory frameworks and common destination country requirements where possible.
