Receive your KUCCPS placement

Confirm your KMTC placement on the KUCCPS student portal.

Bring your original KCSE certificate, national ID, and placement letter.

Complete registration at campus

Campus registration is completed in person during the reporting window.

Prepare your documents

Gather your KCSE certificate, ID, passport photo, and medical fitness certificate.

The application takes approximately 20 minutes. You will need your documents from Step 2 ready before you begin.

Application fees are non-refundable. M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments accepted.

Await your admission decision

Decisions are communicated within 3 weeks of the application deadline.

Documents issued outside Kenya may require translation and verification — contact admissions in advance.

Medical fitness certificates must be signed by a registered medical practitioner and dated within 3 months of application.

Yes. Self-sponsored applicants can list a second campus preference during application. KUCCPS placements are assigned based on your KUCCPS choices.
Programme changes are possible before an offer is issued, subject to availability. Contact admissions as early as possible if you wish to change.
Your place may be offered to a waitlisted applicant. Contact admissions immediately if you anticipate a delay.
Deferrals are considered for documented medical, financial, or family circumstances, subject to campus approval.
