Why geography matters
Regional adaptation isn't new — making it searchable is
KALRO's research has long adapted technologies to specific regions — the Horticulture Research Institute, for instance, explicitly adapts technologies for particular zones. What's new is making that adaptation visible and filterable from a single hub, instead of buried inside individual reports.
What's still being built
This is an honest first layer, not a finished map
Fine-grained, county-by-county tagging for every one of the 193 maize items — and every other inventory on the platform — is ongoing. Where curated context isn't available yet, this hub says so rather than guessing.
