This Advisor is matched against KALRO's catalogued technologies, not a general-purpose chatbot. If there's no good match, it says so and connects you to a human advisor.
This prototype matches a small set of keywords to real catalogued technologies (maize, livestock, aquaculture, horticulture, garden pea, industrial crops). Anything outside that set is honestly escalated rather than guessed.
