The Bomas Harambee Dancers have performed Kenya's living cultural heritage since 1973. Every afternoon the amphitheater fills with warrior dances, sacred drumming, acrobatic displays, and taarab music — a rotating program drawn from every corner of Kenya.
Performances run daily. Weekday shows 2:30 PM. Weekend shows 3:30 PM. Special showcases Tuesday & Friday at 11:00 AM.
Founded in 1973 by the Government of Kenya, the Bomas Harambee Dancers are Kenya's premier cultural performance troupe. Three generations of dancers from across Kenya's ethnic communities have performed in the Bomas amphitheater — preserving and transmitting cultural knowledge through movement, music, and ceremony.
No hidden fees. No booking surprises. Citizen rates are maintained as a national cultural institution commitment. International visitors support the preservation of Kenya's living heritage.
