23 traditional homesteads. 50+ cultural performances. Curriculum-aligned guided tours, teacher resources, and cultural certification — all on one extraordinary site in Lang'ata. The cultural education experience you cannot build in a classroom.
Every Bomas education program is structured around Kenya's Competency-Based Curriculum. We have mapped our homestead tour, cultural performance, and classroom activities directly to CBC learning areas — making Bomas a curriculum-justified educational outing, not just a fun day out.
Bomas of Kenya's education programs are developed in alignment with Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) guidelines for cultural education. Teachers can use our materials to demonstrate curriculum coverage to school administration and county education officers.
