What counts as CPD?
LSK-accredited activities that qualify toward the 12-credit annual requirement.
Qualifying activities
- LSK-accredited workshops and seminars
- Accredited virtual and online sessions
- KSL-delivered training programmes
- IBA and ACCA accredited programmes (with LSK approval)
- Presenting a CPD-accredited session (up to 3 credits)
- Published legal research (up to 2 credits, pre-approved)
- LSK Council-approved specialist short courses
Does not qualify
- Unaccredited online courses (e.g. general platforms)
- In-house firm training not pre-approved by LSK
- Conference attendance without formal CPD accreditation
- Reading legal updates or journals (unless pre-approved)
- Activities carried over from a previous year
- Excess credits above 12 (no carryover to next year)
