Nabo Capital Limited is licensed and regulated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) of Kenya. Our license status, and that of every fund we manage, can be independently verified through the CMA's public register — we'd rather you check than take our word for it.

What we collect, and what we do with it.
What we collect
To open and manage an account, we collect identity information (name, national ID or passport, date of birth), contact details, and financial information relevant to your goals and risk profile. If you use the Client Portal, we also collect basic usage data to keep your account secure.
How we use it
- To open, verify, and manage your account, as required by law.
- To provide the advice, planning tools, and portfolio management you've asked for.
- To meet our obligations to the Capital Markets Authority and other regulators.
- To communicate with you about your account, and — only if you opt in — our Insights notes.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't share it beyond the team members and regulators who need it to do their jobs. Marketing communications are opt-in, and leaving them is exactly as easy as joining.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. Reach out through Contact and we'll handle it directly — no separate portal or ticket system required.

Investment risk
The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you originally invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any figures, projections, or illustrative calculators on this site are estimates based on stated assumptions, not guarantees.
Fees
Every fund and mandate has a fee structure disclosed in its KIID or Information Memorandum before you invest. If a fee structure can't be explained plainly, we consider that a problem with the structure — not with your understanding of it.
Complaints procedure
If something's gone wrong, tell us directly through Contact and we'll acknowledge it within one business day. If a complaint isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you're entitled to escalate it to the Capital Markets Authority.
