Windsor sits at a natural altitude advantage few resorts anywhere can offer. Led by Olympic silver medalist Douglas Wakiihuri and world record holder Daniel Komen, the Leaders' Running programme pairs elite coaching with five-star recovery — without leaving the estate.
Altitude Science
Training at altitude increases red blood cell production, improving oxygen delivery for weeks after athletes return to sea level — the same physiological effect that has made Kenyan distance running dominant for decades.
